Summer so Far

This summer has only started and we are busy at our house. So far, slip and slide has been popular. Since Connor has a hard time sliding we made a new game called "Wee Baron Bowling." Either I end up throwing them down the slide or Sue and I grab their arms and launch them as the lay on their tummies.

Connor has been playing baseball in the Challenger League. It is a baseball league just for kids with difficulties. It has been awesome. The weird thing is that Connor hits the ball better than I did at his age (or in fact most of my life), and he has CP. We are very proud of him. In addition, they swindled me into playing a coach...don't tell them I actually like it.

Alex just finished playing soccer for this spring season, and she was really good. There are only two other kids more aggressive than her. Again very proud of her for playing on rainy days and hot days and those in between.

Our friend Craig Moock go married this June also, so our family was finally dressed up together for once. Also, Sue's mom has been her already to feed us way tooooo much good food.

Enjoy.
